How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, items are on hand & ready to ship next business day, unless stated otherwise in product description. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS & you have several shipping options at checkout depending on your need date.

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. 

A tracking confirmation email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

Cancellation Policy

Once order is submitted, order CANNOT be cancelled unless issue is made Trillest.

What is this store’s return policy?

We offer EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT only!

How do I check the status of my order?

Most orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority or UPS within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. To check the status of your order, visit www.usps.com OR ups.com and have your tracking number handy.

 

What is the policy on lost or stolen packages?

All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If the item(s) is shown as delivered via USPS or UPS tracking, that absolves The Trillest Collection of all liability. We will work with the customer to get these issues resolved, but we cannot guarantee any type of refund. In the event the item(s) are not shown as delivered, you’ll be refunded the price of the items at the time of order. The Trillest Collection does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items that are shown delivered.

My package did not arrive within the shipping time outlined at checkout, can I get a refund?

  • Shipping times are only estimates given to us by UPS/USPS/Fedex.
  • Weekends & Holidays are not counted in the estimating shipping times; we only account for business days. 
  • Express Shipping is the only shipping option subject to a refund because it is guaranteed to get to you within 2 business days. 
  • Priority & Standard Shipping times are not guaranteed and not subject to refund of shipping cost.  
  • If items have to handed off from one mail carrier company to another, it may account for an extra day in the shipping timeframe.  

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Trillest Collection checkout process is powered by and all major credit card company, by PayPal as well as an After Pay option powered by Sezzle. PayPal is one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the Web. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. If you choose to use PayPal, simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure website as you would for any other online purchase. When paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account.

What if something is wrong with my order?

HOLIDAY SEASON

Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are shipped daily, a lot of packages are being delayed. As we strive to provide excellent customer service, this is completely out of our hands.
