We take great pride in the quality of our gear!

We are 100% sure that you will love your Trillest Collection purchases, but in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us via info@trillestco.com within 48 hours of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions. 

We will provide you with an exchange or store credit for items only where: items are in sellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
items have not been worn, damaged or washed, and we are notified within 48 hours upon receipt.

As you can understand for sanitary reasons we are unable return/refund personal products such as Undergarments, Lingerie, Hosiery, Bodysuits & Swimwear.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order we sincerely apologize, we have strict quality assurance techniques to ensure this does not happen.

If this is the case simply send images of the incorrect/faulty items to info@trillestco.com and we will resolve the matter for you urgently. 

Keep in mind any discounted items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Here are our Guidelines :

      • In an unlikely event you have any issues with your order, please email us via info@trillestco.com within 48 hours of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions. 
      • The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return items. 
      • Please make sure to include all relevant information like your order number, item name, size and color in email!
      • Upon exchange approval, the mailing address will be provided to you via email on where to send items for exchange.
      • Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
      • Please send us tracking number once items are shipped and be sure to keep your receipt for tracking history in an event the package is lost or stolen. If items are loss or stolen, Trillest Collection will NOT be responsible!
      • Once returned items are received, inspected, and processed, you will receive an email with your Store Credit. 
      • Shipping Cost will NOT be REFUNDED nor included in Store Credit!
      • Processing of returns can take up to 3 business days after being delivered.
      • In an event items inspected shows signs that items have been worn, your return will be DECLINED & purchaser will be sent an invoice for Shipping Cost to have items sent back.
